You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ Production Process: Ensure that the processes meet the requirements, through the development of instructions and / or procedures and provide adequate action plans, in case the controlled parameters are not within the limits, analyze, and propose actions for problems related to key performance indicators in order to keep the process at the optimum level. Product and Process Support Management: Act as an expert and support the production and support teams for all queries related to the product, process or systems used in production in accordance with the pillars and the OPEN system, as well as manage technical and scientific knowledge related to its production area to maintain a high level of experience. Project and change management: Coordinate complex projects of processes and systems from the definition of solutions to the implementation and monitoring of the project. Ensuring traceability and compliance by initiating change management when necessary. Ensure proper follow-up and reporting in a timely manner. Documentation support and non-conformities: Provide support to the production team and ensure that the documentation used during production is managed in accordance with the QMS. Create and review documents that cover the production processes under your responsibility (ie: process flow diagram, process risk assessment, process control points) and provide training. Participate in setting manufacturing budget and setting targets. Keep the cost controllable in line with the budget and propose actions to reduce waste / losses in the process. Provide training, advice and guidance to less experienced production staff and colleagues by sharing knowledge and technical expertise frequently. Support innovation projects and development of product and process improvement concepts, technical alternatives, identifying, proposing and leading improvement opportunities to focus on the safety, quality, excellence and productivity goals of a manufacturing center, in adherence to the DMS methodology related to OPEN +. Evaluate execution in terms of cost, time, and risks.
