RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducting administrative support (including day to day scheduling, arrangement of meetings, including personal matters) to ensure high performance of the Executive and the team • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies • Manage general administration around expenses, purchasing, and managing vendors.
