Who we’re looking for The Head of Digital will lead & drive the market's end-to-end B2C Digital value-chain. You will be ultimately accountable to achieve commercial performance and improve Consumer NPS, leveraging the potential of the Digital channels and tools in the deployment of commercial and marketing programs, projects and initiatives. The role is critical in driving innovation across the Commercial organization, embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers. You will develop digital understanding and capabilities across the affiliate organization. Your ‘day to day’ Strategy • Provide input and recommendation to the overall Marketing and Digital short & long term plans as digital subject matter expert • Define the market's digital marketing, social and media plan, integrated with the Marketing plan and calendar, and inclusive of the Corporate Communications media requirements • Develop the social media strategy, objectives and targets -- Run social media channels, in collaboration with Marketing, External Affairs and Corporate Communications where needed & which includes social calendar, communications execution, social consumer care/service etc. Deployment • Accountable for commercial performance (P&L and commercial KPIs), service performance, Brand awareness across digital channels and media, and NPS of e-commerce channels, including and marketplaces • Deploy all brand and product content across digital channels, supporting Brand and Marketing as a liaison to the PMI Digital Hub to trans-create global content and messages to target the intended audience effectively • Execute digital marketing campaigns, in conjunction with Digital Hub, including content optimization, paid source traffic and organic traffic, to generate visits to our online and offline touchpoints • Execute new product launches for digital, deploying the campaigns designed by Marketing to ensure an effective go-to-market and omni-channel execution • Responsible for e-commerce commercial activities, managing digital go-to-market, pricing, offers, volumes and stock, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders • Identify, select and manage third-party e-commerce marketplaces and partners • Work closely with Consumer Experience, Marketing & Digital, Commercial Operations and other internal stakeholders on digital solutions for program design CRM • Responsible for CRM audience management and operations in line with consumer segmentation • Define, execute and optimize CRM engagement including messaging, testing/optimization, audience segmentation, creative requirements and frequency • In collaboration with Digital Hub, define and execute best in class UX and UI for all digital B2C channels in line with Consumer Experience and Brand guidelines • The single source of truth for digital consumer data, in generating reports and insights on consumer interactions on digital channels for the benefit of the entire commercial organization • Single point of contact for in-market deployment of global CRM solutions (working in collaboration with IT and Global teams) Resource Management & Affiliate Requirements • Manage and optimize digital budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects, programs and initiatives, in line with overall Marketing plan • Assess and collate market digital requirements to inform IT and Digital Hub of needed investments and capability development or deployment for B2C Digital, including consolidated view of programs, projects, or initiatives requirements • Where local needs are not covered by global or regional partners and agencies, collaborate with Digital Hub and Marketing to identify best local alternatives What you need to have • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, among others • Expertise in digital engagement focusing on a) CRM (WEB/UX/E-commerce, Paid Media, Social Media, Search Engine Optimization); b) Content creation, localization and management (online); c) Integrated marketing communications planning focus on online communications; d) Omni-channel Activity Planning, Execution & Evaluation • Solid experience in collecting and acting upon consumer feedback within Digital channels: Consumer Feedback & Consolidation (NPS), & Consumer Experience Management • Solid experience in managing 3rd parties: Customer Service, Selling, Negotiation; 3rd party partner management • Consumer knowledge, insights & analytics driven into action • High business acumen with portfolio knowledge, project management experience and with agile ways of working What we offer Our success depends on anyone who brings to work a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
