YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES: As a Manager Retention (m/f/d) you are- as part of the Consumer Experience Leadership Team- the market owner of the consumer experience design for the specific stage of consumer journey. Moreover, you are fully accountable for NPS and other Retention KPIs and responsible for the deployment of a set of programs, projects & initiatives in the frame of Retention and Loyalty consumer journey. Specifically, you task include: • Continuously assess and monitor consumer data, feedback and other Retention KPIs to optimize consumer journey roll out effectiveness. • Identify strategic opportunities and drive consumer strategy across Retention and Loyalty streams. • Lead cross-functional projects & teams to coordinate omnichannel programs acting upon the identified areas & consumer needs to improve our consumer experience. • Translate the consumer insights into corrective actions. • Embed the global Consumer Journey framework (Compass) into the Retention phase. • Embed FFWD and PBO methodologies and ways of working across Consumer Journey projects and initiatives. • Develop a consumer centric mindset and a consumer data driven decision marking across the market. YOUR PROFILE: • Successfully completed studies in Economics or similar • 5 years+ of work experience, ideally in an international /FMCG and/or project-based environment • Leadership experience and very good people management skills • Solid knowledge of FFWD, PBO and other project management approaches • Solid understanding of Data Analytics and CIA as well as other (digital) tools • Excellent project management skills and knowledge of project management techniques. • Analytical mindset and holistic thinking & seeking for continuous improvement • Very good communication and presentation skills • High level of understanding of consumer needs and consumer requirements • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools, • Power BI is an asset INTERESTED?
