The day to day Our field force teams have a direct impact on our new mission: converting smokers to our ground-breaking, smoke-free products. They’re at the forefront of our total transformation as we roll out new products. It’s an energized, exciting, engaging experience. As Acquisition Supervisor, you will support the set up and execution of all new opportunities for our smoke-free product acquisition into indirect channels. You will identify potential new acquisition opportunities in your focus city and be supporting our field initiatives by setting up effective implementation strategies. You will be a brand advocate for PMI, and be instrumental in driving growth for the business. You will monitor the performance of all activations in your respective territory, and drive results to deliver business goals. Through deep market and industry knowledge you will ensure we are compliant with local legislation, and through an understanding of our consumers you will use these insights to identify new initiatives in your territory. You’ll also be responsible for coaching and leading part of the wider team, ensuring they are delivering excellent consumer journeys and are driving exceptional execution for PMI. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone dedicated to helping us drive truly outstanding consumer journeys, and who can motivate and encourage their team and share our vision of a smoke free future. You’ll enjoy working cross functionally across a commercial team, and can think strategically around how you can make the very best of your City, not being afraid to try new ideas or think outside of the box to grow our game changing brand. Having worked in a sales environment in a strategic role that has required meticulous planning and execution, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver commercial plans and utilise data and insights to drive decisions. You will have led commercial teams, and are able to successfully educate and lead individuals to achieve targets. You’ll have a clean and valid driving license, be based within a one-hour commute of your local territory, or be open to relocating to the area.
