If so, then please keep on reading. We are looking for a Global Open+ Deployment Leader who will work in Izmir and be responsible for the deployment of Open+ within the EE & Asia region. Exciting opportunity to lead the rollout in multiple factories within the region and be a part of the transformation journey of PMI Manufacturing. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Translate PMI OPEN+ deployment strategies and plans into respective Affiliate’s IOS (Pillars, DMS’s, Tools, SWP’s, etc.) capability building masterplans. Drive capability building activities among Site Leadership Team members, IOS Pillar Leaders and Members including managing IOS certification process. • Provide regular and timely IOS coaching, support Affiliates in Pillars and IOS Phase self-assessment process, provide improvement recommendations based on gap assessment. Lead with Global Deployment Manager/Director, OPEN+ Deployment Pillars, and IOS Phase assessments. • Provide regular support to Affiliates on RTT and Foundation Phase deployment, provide improvement recommendations based on gap assessment. Lead Foundation Exit Criteria pre- and final assessment. • Monitor KPI’s improvement trends throughout IOS deployment, support Affiliates with loss analyses and identify the system gaps with link to specific performance losses. Support Affiliates in specific IOS deployment plans development in order to contribute to Zero Loss Journey and Compelling Business Need. • Ensure the overall governance of the OPEN+ deployment within respective Affiliates ensuring the sustainability of IOS and linking to the global governance/deployment team. Ensure all methods, standards and processes are up-to-date and totally compliant to global standards. • Collect and assess IOS related best practices and improvement ideas from Affiliates, collaborate with other Global OPEN+ Deployment Leaders in order to propose new current best approaches and standards. • Coordinate communication and visualization of OPEN+ deployment roadmap and actions to guarantee maximum awareness and ensure compliance and alignment across PMI. • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree, • Have at least 8 years of experience in Production, IWS, IL6S, Open+ roles, • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to detail, • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
