Your ‘day to day’ As Lean Improvement Engineer your responsibilities would be: • Initiate, plan & lead all stages of production improvement projects in the factory. • Analyze, monitor and control specific KPIs. • Based on process data identify potential gaps and seek for any possible improvement areas to ensure excellence of continuous improvement standards. • Provide regular improvement gap analysis, feasibility studies with pros, cons, understand the root causes and apply the right tools to address the challenges, in order to improve business results. • Coordinate and ensure knowledge transmission of lean methods and tools. Lead local improvement work groups, provide guidance by coaching and mentoring factory employees. • Identify training needs. Plan, organize & facilitate trainings, manage the support of the trained people during their first practical application of lean methods & tools. Who we’re looking for: • An enthusiastic professional with University degree and experience in production environment. • An analytical personality who is excellent in data & root cause analysis and problem solving, having a high level of expertise in Excel, Word & Power Point • A fast learner who is clear & constructive communicator. • A teamwork player able to fluently communicate in Lithuanian & English.
