Job purpose: Head of Market Acceleration exists to configure and activate our global consumer programs, initiatives and campaigns to generate commercial performance within our affiliates across East Asia. The role requires broad understanding and experience in omnichannel experience design across digital (paid, owned & earned) and offline touchpoints (owned retail, 3rd party retail, call centers) and strong commercial acumen to configure “what currently exists” into “delivering great, at sustained pace and scale”. In this role the candidate will need to supplement broad knowledge of multi-channel experience design and activation, with deep knowledge in customer acquisition strategies. Generating LAS intent for our Reduced Risk Products and to direct this intent into appropriate multichannel experiences is critical for us to meet our commercial vision. Ideally this experience should be across a combination of digital traffic acquisition channels (paid performance marketing, SEO) and 3rd party retail (digital marketplaces and physical trade and key account partnerships). As a role designed to boost affiliate commercial performance success criteria will be jointly shared with our affiliate’s leaderships teams. These success criteria comprise our core business KPIs: Device sales, # fully converted consumers, brand equity and NPS. To deliver this challenging role excellent working relationships and collaboration will be needed with our global design teams; affiliate Consumer Programs, Market & Digital and Touchpoints teams; and regional commercial team. Accountabilities: Working with affiliate and regional colleagues… 1. Identify optimization opportunities for current consumer activations; and configure improvements to increase performance and efficiency to generate improved commercial outcomes (Sales, Program ROI, Brand Equity, NPS). 2. Configure new multi-channel consumer activations from global design framework that will generate desired commercial outcomes 3. Champion the digitization of our commercial engine with affiliate finance and broader management teams to strengthen Affiliate ROI. About you: - A proven background managing consumer programs and platforms in digital channels gained within an agency or client side. (Even better if integrated with offline channels such as call centers, owned and 3rd party retail, and direct mail.) - Demonstrable knowledge of digital transformation, digital innovation and digital delivery. - Substantial experience in change management within large organizations and a demonstrable body of work of delivering organizational change in consumer experience & activation. - Understanding of the importance of Project Management, Client/Account Management, Performance Analytics, and Technology as foundational business architecture to deliver sustained change management in digitizing our commercial engine - Core understanding of audience analytics and its application to multichannel consumer experiences - Understanding and demonstrable experience across a combination of: - Integrated digital consumer journey design, web and mobile site strategy / delivery, creativity and content, Digital Owned Innovation, CMS, and analytics. - Advocacy and Relationship Management experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
