We are currently looking for an Information Technology Project Manager, based in Guadalajara, who will be responsible for the support and deployment of central IT solutions for Manufacturing & Supply Chain teams across North Cluster. The organization in Guadalajara plant is a dynamic environment currently experiencing multiple IT transformation projects. You will also be responsible to understand the Manufacturing and Supply Chain system related business priorities, support existing and deploy new global systems, and bring up innovative ideas that will make a difference to IT Operations & Supply Chain team. Your ‘day to day’ As an IT Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Manage projects which include the rollout of global solutions and local initiatives • Experience managing MES, iiOT, SCADA, Industry 4.0 and ERP Integrations in Manufacturing environments • Build internal customer and stakeholder relationships to manage expectations and agree on clear objectives, budget and timelines • Responsible for the day-to-day system support for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems supporting North Cluster and make sure that system related issues and queries are timely resolved. • Provide local service management of existing applications and their evolution based on user needs, legal requirements and business changes • Manage service improvements; external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met and manager according to world class IT policies & guidelines on security, compliance and other regulatory requirements • Plan and manage the IT budget across the different legal entities in the cluster for the services under responsibility • Being part of the Open+ Pillars implementation in the factory (Integrated Work System) • Manage assigned IT Consultant(s) responsible to manage the end-to-end IT Service delivery. Who we’re looking for To be eligible for this position, you must have: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Electronics/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. • Demonstrable experience managing MES, ERP, SCADA or iiOT solutions (5-7 years) •+5 years of Project Management and Service Management experience. • Certified as Scrum Master / PMP and/or ITIL v4 Service management. • Demonstrable experience on IT support/projects for Manufacturing and Supply Chain • Dynamic team player while able to work independently • Ability to engage with multi-functional stakeholders • Ability to understand business drivers and strategic priorities • Ability to quickly grasp understanding on diverse topics and make relevant contributions • Interest to learn cross-functional business process and bring innovation • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in Spanish and English Restrictions • Demonstrable IT academic background and 5-7 years’ experience as a minimum • User must be based/willing to relocate to Guadalajara, Mexico. • Spanish and English are non-negotiable, he/she needs to be dealing with local Operators in Spanish and global stakeholders/suppliers in English What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
