We have an opportunity for a Supervisor Strategic Planning within the Operations Finance department, in Philip Morris Products S.A. (PMP S.A.), based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Your main responsibilities will be the following: As Supervisor Strategic Planning you will be supporting the strategic planning process at PMP S.A., analyze and report key manufacturing performance indicators, develop operation plans in capacity and resources for OB/LRP periods, in order to fulfill customer requirements with optimum operations performance. Specific responsibilities include: • Support all programs that are intended to improve the performance such as OPEN+ Phase 1 implementation. • Support the organization in the OPEN+ journey by being an active member of a pillar and embrace all work processes intended to eliminate losses and boost performance. • Lead and facilitate the Site PDCA process and support of the KPI dashboards. • Drive the SDDS process ensuring commitment to Regional Manufacturing objectives, consolidating inputs across the organization and ensuring fulfillment of all required actions. • Manage the Productivity Pipeline in collaboration with the business to govern the methodology, process and tracking. • Ensure that Productivity targets are set and understood and that plans/actions are implemented in order to continually increase productivity. • Drive the follow-up of Productivity Initiatives process within the Factory, working closely with all departments and initiative leaders in ensuring the budgeted delivery of productivity savings and overall Regional targets. • Support strategic projects and initiatives (at local and regional level), prepare strategic analysis, scenarios, alternatives and business/communications processes • Cooperate with Operations teams in the preparation and collection of information regarding the Manufacturing Assumptions, the main Company KPIs and the productivity initiatives for accurate and timely financial processing Skills & experience: • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance or similar education • Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Operations function • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. • Solution and customer oriented • You feel comfortable in the manufacturing environment and are comfortable with various stakeholders • You are able to plan and adjust priorities in a fast-changing environment What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
