We are looking for a best-in-class Programs Manager to develop and manage the Retention/Acquisition consumer programs in line with the consumer experience and execute scalable strategic projects to identify and achieve optimal offerings and user experience. This is also an opportunity to be the voice of the consumer and a key leader within the Consumer Centric Organization (CCO) to help us deliver the right experience at the right time to our target consumers, resulting in them becoming our biggest advocates. Key responsibilities: • Consumer Journey Mapping - In line with the Consumer Experience, identify, prioritize, and address key challenges to achieve Retention/Acquisition KPIs; - Ensure consistent projects’ execution across all touch points, consistently with the global brand and consumer journey guidelines. • Project Planning, Management & Execution - Identify the key channels and stakeholders required to develop and test offers in minimum viable product (MVP) state; - Collaborate with project teams to implement projects with well-defined budgets, risks, outcomes, milestones, and metrics; - Prioritize projects within each Consumer Journey steps within Retention/Acquisition; - Timely follow-up on the various project milestones with the underlying objective of fast but fully consumer centric execution; - Work with project teams that is established by PMO & Head of Consumer Experience to understand the Problem Statement, empathize, ideate and run experiments (where needed) before proposing a program that can be rolled out permanently. • Project Governance and Reporting - Implement and manage interventions with supporting stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved; - Actively monitor program status & performance throughout its life cycle (KPIs, ROI, impact); - Deliver outcomes by guiding, influencing and leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. - Business Management - Guided not only by the Consumer Journey but also by legal age smokers (LAS) to identify white space opportunities amongst LAS, gaps in consumer experience out/in-store, in addition to potential actions/possibilities from competitors that will impact Retention/Acquisition KPIs; - Proposed plans and/or projects required to accelerate the growth of user base through LAS acquisition including resource required (financial, expertise, capability); - Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistent basis on the optimal budget for Acquisition (e.g. cost per acquisition) to achieve desired ROI from projects/plans investment. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 8 years work experience within consumer programs with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. • Experience in conducting opportunities-gap assessment and identifying relevant portfolios and infrastructures to deploy. • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail and financial acumen. • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization, provide vision, and engage people drive the business objectives.   • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Specific skills/traits: • New ways of working: Consumer focused, data-driven decision making supported by rapid experimentation and improvements. • Influencer and collaborative: Influencing key stakeholders across multiple departments/functions. • Resource management: Securing adequate resources to test various hypotheses and variables whilst still being able to measure results. • Ownership: Assigning ownership to self & vertical streams for project execution. • Entrepreneurial: Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas.
