We are looking for a Finance Business Lead to employ in our Head Quarter, in Istanbul, who will be a member of our Treasury & Financial Analysis team and act as a Finance business partner. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Prepare various periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and financial models/projections, which meet established standards and the management reporting requirements. •Take active role and ownership in X-functional projects while providing timely, accurate, and actionable business/financial insights and analysis. •Support the identification and implementation of solutions to issues and improvements to processes and methodologies relating to projections of statutory financials to ensure these processes are carried out in a practical, controlled, and efficient manner. •Ensure to meet local and global Philip Morris International management, external authorities, or minority shareholders' needs and provide input according to the instructions within the specified time. •Take ownership of the development and implementation of digital financial solutions to business needs and improvements to processes. •Assist in coordinating and guiding the statutory financial planning & forecasting process, ensure the correct use of business assumptions, analyse critical trends in financials, and provide the management with meaningful analyses. You: • Hold a bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus. • Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Finance or Business Development & Planning • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish • Are able to work and interact with people at all levels in the organization. • Have strong analytical thinking capability and learning skills, effectively handling multiple priorities with a high level of customer focus. • Have exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Have a strong background in strategic finance and planning/forecasting skills (IFRS, USGAAP experience is a plus). • Strong understanding of the latest financial technologies and market practices. • Preferably also have experience as a commercial finance business partner.
