About the Early Careers program The internship will enable you to discover yourself through challenges and cultural diversity, which will prepare you for a fulfilling career and may give you the opportunity to receive a full-time job offer with Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), upon completion of your undergraduate studies. Your ‘day to day’ As a People & Culture – Inclusion and Diversity Intern, you will work closely with Manager- LLC and collaborate with the P&C team and the business to support our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) initiatives. In your role, you’ll support Manager, LLC in creating I&D content and manage the branding and execution of I&D events. You will also be responsible for I&D reporting and to draw insights from the data to make recommendations on how initiatives can be improved to foster a more inclusive culture at RBH.
