The Scope of the job As a COD Project Management Executive you will support L&D strategies and related processes / solutions development for Commercial Teams. Design and lead global deployment across channels of development programs, support cycle initiatives to address leadership and functional development needs in order to achieve business objectives and cover future needs. We count on you to achieve these following tasks: - Support the develop and implement high impact employee development strategies - Identify key functional and leadership competencies in PMI to address existing and future business challenges. - Support the establishment of functional and leadership competency assessment process to identify gaps for commercial teams, integrated with PMI Learning Management Systems (LMS) and external resources to support ongoing learning and development. - Lead designing and deployment of customized development interventions to accelerate growth of PMI talents and address critical development needs. - Identify, research and implement best practices learning solutions and technologies to drive organizational learning and performance. - Play key role in Learning & Development related project involving leading external vendors, internal SME and global L&D team to leverage the most contemporary knowledge and expertise. - Lead and coordinate with Region and OC the implementation of initiatives to ensure that learning strategies and alignment with PMI vision. Partner HR stakeholders (T&OD) to identify key competencies and gaps for business critical roles, develop plans and programs to close gaps and build critical capabilities. - Manage and monitor related commercial results to ensure the business impact in the mid and long term. - Leverage and use organizational data and analytics to develop strategic solutions that improve organizational effectiveness. - Ensures the project have a proper stakeholder management, scope definition, milestones definition and planning. Delivering the project according to the expectations of the sponsor and respecting timeline and achievement. Following up from beginning to end. - Manage organization effectiveness and delivery of commercial training programs; incorporating Global & Local PMI functional trainings and other external offerings in order to develop individuals and teams to meet the required performance standards. Who we’re looking for - University Degree - 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role - Fluent English (C1 - Advanced level) and Spanish - Strong project management skills - Proven record working closely with the business units - Experience in managing and/or implementing LMS - Good communication and collaboration skills - Valid EU work permit What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
