Your ‘day to day’ Design and execute a local People & Culture (P&C) operational strategy that puts the employee experience at the center, supports P&C services to enable affiliate internal transformation and ensure the most efficient operations in coordination with local, regional and global teams. 1. Support P&C services that enable affiliate transformation in the cluster: • Engage with P&C teams in the cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela) and regional counterparts to identify and drive the relevant items of the company transformation agenda. • Partner with the P&C Heads to ensure seamless service execution to their respective entities; • Ensure effective support on major functional/market re-organizations; • Ensure service continuity and operational excellence around core delivery areas such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Personnel Administration, global mobility, Benefits & Wellness. 2. Put employee experience (EX) at the center of what we do: • Drive translation and implementation of global EX assets in market context; • Identify and prioritize affiliate level opportunities for EX initiatives; • Use agile ways of working to design & deploy employee centric P&C products, leveraging on employee insights; • Proactively support P&C management in building a work environment conducive to high employee collaboration, engagement and performance. 3. Orchestrate deployment of P&C products and services to PMI employees in Andean Cluster: • Support P&C Heads with data-driven people insights and trends for key decisions; • Coordinate effective delivery of communications related to P&C products and key cycles; • Lead and manage the team's efforts in standardization, continuous improvement and employee experience, enabled by processes, technology and policies. 4. Ensure both efficient operations and ´fit for the future´ service delivery model: • Support the build-out of future P&C Service Delivery Model by bringing the local service catalogue as close as possible to the global model while covering local specifics; • Ensure proactive controls and compliance environment around P&C processes.
