Your ‘day to day’ As a CRM Campaigns Lead, you will provide insights based on current CRM performance & aggregated learnings from completed projects, implemented automations or finished campaigns in order to shape one to one communication strategy to encourage customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. You will: • Lead B2C CRM activities – deploy communication campaigns crafting effective automated journeys to support consumers throughout their journey with our products. • Analyze and optimize one-off campaigns and automated workflows, understand key performance drivers and develop best practices to improve efficiency of CRM communication. • Develop and present reporting on CRM performance. • Launch A/B, segmentation and other tests across various pages, maintaining an ongoing testing framework and reporting on test results. • Support marketing with content development by balancing industry's best practice and maintaining brand identity. • Contribute to overarching digital and communication strategy, and lead B2C CRM strategy development and implementation. Who we’re looking for • Relevant experience developing communication campaigns for both acquisition and retentions strategies. • Experience with modern ESPs, ideally you have worked with “Sales Force Marketing Cloud” or “Active Campaign”. • Strong data analysis and project management skills. • A deep understanding of customer segmentation and ability to read and interpret data. • You take ownership and are the first one to spot and tackle problems. • You work well with cross-functional teams & have experience dealing with Creative, Tech or Commercial teams. • Ability to identify, prioritize, and focus on most valuable tasks. • You operate with urgency and are comfortable with a high degree of complexity and constantly evolving business environment. • Proficient in English and Lithuanian languages.
