We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Consumer Journey Analytics Manager to champion the adoption of a consumer centric mindset in the organization by transforming raw data coming from different sources into actionable consumer and business insights that will help uncover growth opportunities and improve performance through data driven decision making. Responsibilities: Strategy • Understand drivers, pain points, barriers and hypothesis that tap on new business opportunities and anticipate threats to the business • Identify data sources (own and from third parties), build a logic to actionable insights and create enablers to embed the learnings in the organization • Work on how/what to prioritize initiatives to address consumer’s critical experience gaps, drive the business growth, and support the preparation of IQOS commercialization Data Analysis & Insights Sharing • Identify and interpret trends/ patterns in data sets from all available data sources based on business problems and opportunities • Leverage general reports/ available data to track progress towards specified business goals and local tactical activities • Combine consumer analytics and findings across various data sources to surface insights and opportunities • Monitor performance and feedback on owned assets (incl. Apps) and provide recommendations for improvement • Visualize findings, formulate actionable insights • Run testing of hypotheses (e.g., A/B testing) • Identify and propose relevant KPIs to drive business decision making and tracking • Share key findings with relevant stakeholders Data Advocacy & Governance: • On-board organization on data principles and ensure overall data governance • Boost data-driven culture by explaining and demonstrating the benefits of data driven decisions • Ensure best practices and guidelines are applied Qualifications • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting • Proven expertise in digital analytics (e.g., benchmarking, hypothesis A/B testing) and reporting/ data visualization tools (e.g., Cube, power BI) • Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization tools, such as Optimizely is preferred • Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies • Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience • Detail oriented but able to see the big picture • Proven experience in Market Research, Web/ Digital/ Social Media Analysis, Computer Science, Data Management or related field • University degree in Statistics, Economics, Business or related field FIND A NEW PATH Our company offers you a fresh perspective.
