We are looking for a best-in-class Head of e-Commerce to develop and manage the implementation of e-Commerce strategy and operations. This is a role requiring a driven marketplace e-Commerce expert with an opportunity to collaborate with digital, corporate communications, other key stakeholders and partners to execute existing and develop new initiatives and opportunities to meet and exceed the needs to the consumers. This is a leadership role to provide operations excellence and collaborate on strategic leadership and guidance on e-Commerce strategies. Key responsibilities: • Drive optimization and implementation of e-Commerce strategy including and not limited to: - Creates demand generation strategies around paid, owned and earned platforms, and empowers team to implement them; - Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective; - Work with the digital and B2B ecosystems networking to create partnerships and capabilities which can benefit consumer journey; - Assist in the development and implementation of an online pricing strategy to achieve online sales targets in conjunction with the Marketing & Consumer Journey functions. • Stakeholders’ collaboration - Develop, implement and manage e-Commerce distribution channel and growth plans through 3rd party market place & direct to consumer platforms, hybrid accounts and online distribution partners; - Develop and manage online commercial relationships with platforms and online partners - to develop and implement activity to increase online conversions. Implement commercial contracts and ensure that these and existing agreements are administered and maintained; - Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners; - Support development and implementation of online pricing strategy to achieve online sales targets. Conducts regular liaison with internal/ external stakeholders to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and comply with the local legal requirements; - Collaborate with Corporate Communications and co-manage online contents, optimization and updates; - Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into e-commerce projects. • Business management & reporting - Monitor trends, activities and reporting and review the strategy to ensure optimal value proposition and delivery of the channels/platforms; - Identify direct connect opportunities with online platforms and develop strategy to optimize distribution costs and efficiencies; - Implement and manage interventions with supporting stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. - Actively monitor status & performance (KPIs, ROI, impact); - Deliver outcomes by guiding, influencing and leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; - Development of a monthly feedback report to e-Commerce; - Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 7 years work experience within e-commerce environment with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. • Proven knowledge and experience of the e-Commerce platforms and online partners would be essential. • Deep understanding of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and affiliate marketing knowledge would be essential. • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • An entrepreneurial by heart - Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas. • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization, provide vision, and engage people drive the business objectives.   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in marketing, business, computer science or equivalent.
