We are currently looking for a Head of Workforce Planning – a global impact role – to be based in PMI Global Studio in London, UK. In this role you will map the talent requirements for the organisation so that the needs can be met and the strategy of the business realised. You will: • Work closely with the Global Entrepreneur for Talent and Workforce Planning and the project team, responsible for forecasting talent and capability needs both now and in future years • Translate plans into a detailed approach and plans to buy, build and borrow expertise • Create consistency in tools, processes and platforms for skills capture, gap analysis and planning • Conduct assessments of market/function capability, identifies and promotes visibility where are the capability gaps, creating a forecast to feed into build buy borrow plans • Bring external insights and perspective on how competitors and other companies manage this, so that PMI can learn from external best practice • Integrate plans with open sourcing and executive review processes, ensuring that they work together with same language and definition of capability • Input into the creation of and then manage the platform and toolkit for predicting current and future skills/capabilities and future headcount requirements for markets and functions, ensuring that the right people are in place when needed at the right cost Who we’re looking for: • University degree in HR, business, technology or related field • Solid experience of Strategic Workforce Planning and headcount planning • Proven ability to engage and influence customers and employees at all levels • Ability to be both strategic and practical • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and motivational skills • Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insights • Strong collaboration and teamworking skills • Technology Savvy What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
