Your 'day to day' As a Senior Innovation & Alliances Engineer you will deliver business cases, innovation tools, capabilities, methodologies, best practices and processes to enable innovation execution in close partnership with S&PD. More specifically, you'll • Enable contractual partnering completion together with S&PD, procurement and legal as needed. • Support operational aspects of key partnerships. • Ensure local infrastructure/capability build up (incubators, prototyping labs). • Manage and further build local ecosystem of partner network such as universities, research institutes and startup. • Organize events to foster exchanges (e.g. boot camps, tech colliders, cross industry spaces). • Lead projects leveraging innovation methodologies to generate new innovation ideas and concepts. • Coordinate acquisition and development of scouting, knowledge management and value creation tools. • Ensure local infrastructure and capability build up and support operational aspects of key partnerships.
