WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Experience of analyzing learning needs, designing training interventions • Communication skills from strategy through to plan delivery, including experience with using a range of media including social media platforms like Yammer, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram • Experience managing communities and growing community engagement (consumer or employee based) • Experience of relationship building with internal and external stakeholders • Passion and desire to generate engagement in PMI’s vision of a Smoke-Free Future • A desire take ownership of the community’s growth to maturity and an interest in engaging people to learn, and share • An interest in taking a data-driven approach to analysing community trends • Desire to embrace Fast Forward ways of working where appropriate, ensuring our customers are at the heart of our decisions and taking an experimental approach to learn, adjust and improve • Ability to collaborate effectively within the team and with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. SMEs) but work autonomously where necessary WHAT WE OFFER YOU? HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? The Community Manager is in charge of the life of our global learning community, setting the tone, driving engagement and maintaining its relevance. The role supports the ongoing development of the Finance Academy through the creation, refresh and renewal of learning content. The role requires a multidimensional approach, acting as a community manager, curating content, influencing community members to contribute and working with other PMI Communities and the rest of the team to ensure that learning resources are up-to-date, relevant and delivering Co-pilot capabilities. This is a role about design of learning offers, curation, engagement and communication. • Strategy and Planning o Creating and driving the strategy and goals for the community (aligned with the Community sponsor/ Capability Lead, capability builders, People Engagement, other Community Capability leads and Global Learning Services), based on the Finance Strategy and learning agenda o Analysing community engagement and adoption (learn, adjust and improve) o Reporting on community activity with key stakeholders, identifying trends and insights • Learning and development o Identify the behavioral capability priorities emerging from the Finance strategy (top down) and Capability Development tool (bottom up) to create the learning agenda for soft/cross functional skills o Create and maintain learning offers in support of behavioural competences using existing PMI content or sourcing ‘best in class’ externally o Engage other Community Capability Leads to understand potential for sharing content cross functionally o Advise on sourcing (Buy/Build/Borrow) and vendor selection o Measure the impact of learning offers and implement improvements to enhance success, using input from the Finance Community where appropriate o Promote adherence to content standards, aligning with GLS o Maintain overall content development pipeline • Engagement and Communications o Ongoing creation and maintenance of the Finance Academy platform presence in Fuse o Creating and executing an engagement and communications plans for the Finance community o Promote use of the Finance Academy through sharing, posting, promoting content with relevant audiences o Supervising and moderating activity between community members o Communicating and celebrating successes in the communities to the wider organization o Planning and organizing on- and off-line events and activities for your community o Highlighting other events and opportunities for community members o Identify and enable Community Champions Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration. #LI
