JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will deliver the work to internal PMI functions via external service provider and govern the overall process. The internal PMI teams become your customer, this role consists of the following responsibilities: · Define Global Capability Centre (GCC) strategy for the functions (scope, make vs buy, location strategy, talent strategy… etc) · Identify new use cases that can be supported by GCC, Engage and on-board external service provider (existing/new) · Co-ordinate for Contract sign off, internal IS and security team sign off · Support functions in developing a business case on establishing shared services, Head count and budget review with internal functions · Manage escalation & overall relationship of internal PMI function and service provider · Ensure compliance of shared services with internal controls · Lead monthly & quarterly governance, Manage PO, invoicing, payment, BCP and audits of GCC · Partner with GCC to achieve business outcomes/targets · Drive and continuously challenge the effort of GCC to bring the optimization benefit · Execute strategy projects across the ops functions that will deliver cash, cost and service. It could be short term or long term projects. Data management & Governance · Lead and establish Data Governance framework including managing the objectives, approach, processes, policies and procedures around data governance · Govern data quality across functions in coordination with global data owners, data stewards, and data architects with objective to drive operational efficiency and act as their primary centralized point of contact · Create, institutionalize, and assure data management best practices · Establish and report data quality and data governance metrics to PMI leadership · Continually look for new ways to improve data governance using actionable opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve the customer experience JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements: o Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures for shared services operations o Strong organizational skills, in particular, an attention to detail and the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and business partners o Highly effective communication and collaboration across teams o Expertise in process optimization, transformation & delivery excellence (ESOAR, RPA, Six Sigma… etc) o Understanding of data governance best practice principles o 5 to 7 years of experience with consulting/BPO o Experience in information management and/or data governance frameworks o Distinctive problem-solving and analytical thinking for continuous improvement o Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization Preferred Requirements: o Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK knowledge JOIN A GLOBAL MARKET LEADER PMI is the world’s leading international tobacco company, with six of the world's top 15 international brands and products sold in more than 180 markets.
