JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure setup & scale-up of the shared services and drive initiatives in line with the strategy. This includes working with the functions to identify areas where work can transition into shared services, analyzing the current processes, designing and /or contributing to the “to be” process by collaborating with key partners and execute the plan for execution • Manage the engagement & onboarding process for shared services partners • Ensure compliance of shared services with internal controls • Collaborate with other key areas to ensure proper reconciliation and/or accounting of transactions • Assist the team in resolving discrepancies by evaluating and investigating as needed • Lead monthly & quarterly governance, Manage PO, invoicing, payment, BCP and audits of Global Capability Centre (GCC) • Partner with GCC to achieve business outcomes/targets • Drive and continuously challenge the effort of GCC to bring the optimization benefit • Execute strategy projects across the ops functions that will deliver cash, cost and service. It could be short term or long term projects. This has 40% weight in the overall Job & responsibilities JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements: • Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures for shared services operations • Strong organizational skills, in particular, an attention to detail and the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and business partners • Highly effective communication and collaboration across teams • Expertise in process optimization, transformation & delivery excellence (ESOAR, RPA, Six Sigma… etc) • 3 to 5 years of experience with consulting/BPO QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree JOIN A GLOBAL MARKET LEADER PMI is the world’s leading international tobacco company, with six of the world's top 15 international brands and products sold in more than 180 markets.
