In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ • Establish new global reporting team, servicing all PMI functions and regions • Build the strategy and vision for a centralised global reporting solution, leveraging on the novel technologies implemented in P&C • Design new global reporting solution and related processes, balancing self-service with customer orientation • Own & shape the technological solutions to be built on top of Data Ocean and PowerBI • Manage the sensitivities around people data, understanding of GDPR rules and related internal information security rules • Drive operational and cultural change with the new self-service oriented design • On team management, lead the operations of a team of 10+ while building the global reporting team from scratch, which may reach a team size of 18 on maturity to provide timely and accurate data • On standard reporting:, work with development team to ensure fully automatized delivery of standard reporting • On ad-hoc reporting, provide guidance and consultancy to customers to pinpoint the need and provide data requests & ensure all requests are evaluated, solved or forwarded to proper teams Who we’re looking for • You need to have at least 2 years’ experience at a similar capacity, managing small-mid size reporting team • Solid experience on design thinking and process design & have managed reporting technologies What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
