YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ You will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the site communication strategy across the organization to build awareness, increase engagement and drive change needed to achieve the local CBN/masterplan. • Translate the business strategy into a site communication strategy that drives behaviors/actions needed to achieve the targets and Operational Excellence (OPEN+) phase progression and advances positive narratives that unify employees around the organization’s strategic priorities. Own the Communication Standard Work Processes and build capability in this area. Represent and position PMI’s unique, purpose-driven culture of create a smoke-free future as a differentiator and competitive advantage. • Govern the day-to-day operation and management of employee communication mediums (such as intranet, local magazine/newsletter) through content creation, consolidation and editing using PMI's tone and voice. Organize content to be shared to the broader Operations' organization through the global channels. Scan PMI external communication for content that would be helpful for employees. Ensure that confidential and sensitive information is properly managed and stored. • Support, as needed, the market External Affairs organization in the creation and maintenance of Operations' external key messages. - Factory: Coordinate factory tours/media center for visits from Market representatives, PMI VPs and above, and external visitors. - Function: Coordinate material development for external use (i.e. media articles, conference speaking opportunities) • Aid in the organization and tracking of local and PMI employee opinion research to measure the impact of engagement against core performance metrics. • Develop concepts and content for all-employee events (Christmas party, summer picnic, etc.) and all-employee town halls to ensure coherent and consistent messaging that drives employee engagement and achievement of the business goals and objectives. • Manage relationships, projects and processes with external partners as needed based on a pre-approved budget. • Represent employee perspectives to management by cultivating relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization and across business units WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field (Master's Degree a plus) • Minimum 3 years’ in a communication role in MNCs or marketing agency • Experience in Corporate Communication planning preferred • Experience in Communication Channel Strategy Development preferred • Experience in Communication Campaign initiation & deployment preferred • Fluent in both Korean and English OTHERS • Contract Type – Permanent • Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 67, Sanmakgongdannam 12-gil, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do HOW TO APPLY • Go PMI career site, "www.pmi.com/careers" and set ‘South Korea’ and search for the job • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application #LIJobs
