Your ‘day to day’: • Interpret the business requirements and challenges of your areas of responsibility and translate them into successful talent acquisition strategy • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions in a timely and cost-effective way • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening • Use advanced sourcing strategies to locate passive and active job seekers to maximize hiring through Social media recruitments and related direct sourcing channels • Lead offer preparation (and negotiations when needed) with candidates • When requested, actively develop, plan and organize assessments centers for graduate programs and/or specific positions. Act as an assessor during these assessments Who we’re looking for: • Proven experience in managing recruitments up to Director level in IT in a consumer-centric organization • significant experience in recruiting for tech roles such as (e.g Software Engineers, Full Stack /Frontend/ Backend, Data Science, Domain Architects /mobile and CyberSecurity) • Ability to work, engage and communicate effectively in a multinational working environment and to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates • Engages with, and supports, change activity within • Experience utilizing multiple candidate sourcing tools, including social media, networking, referrals, as well as managing retained and contingent searches • Advanced user of software knowledge (MS Office etc.).
