As a Direct Retail Engagement Specialist you will responsible for brand campaigns based on global and local toolboxes in direct retail channel, contributing to achievement of channel business objectives. Including, development of retail assets aimed at building brand equity, shaping customer loyalty, while ensuring effective use of budget, internal and cross-departmental alignment and analysis of market info. Your ‘day to day’ CONTENT DEVELOPMENT • Analyze business needs and the competitive landscape to design new and meaningful experiences supporting the channel to achieve business objectives - both attract new customers in the channel and maintain loyalty • Assess the efficiency of current assets, identify potential gaps, work with brand team for designing of creative concepts in line with target audience's needs • Contribute to the development of direct retail content strategy in terms of brand visibility and engagement experiences • Coordinate 3rd party suppliers from briefing to production DEPLOYMENT • Deploy approved strategical and tactical plans in direct retail • Ensure localization of global toolboxes and their implementation from POSM (Point of Sale Materials), to engagement programs and services, to support building brand equity in direct retail • Provide close follow-ups regarding the implementation of materials, ensuring relevance of provided solutions • Make proposals and update of tactical plans based on follow-ups provided REPORTING • Collection, consolidation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative retail data to ensure implemented tactics properly contribute to achievement of channel business objectives • Coordinate and reports after each campaign, prepare improvement suggestions and present them to the team • Conduct regular filed visits to control and improve execution, foster internal communication and teamwork and report findings • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all initiatives to facilitate internal/external audits and reporting needs BUDGET • Manage the allocated budget and maximize the effectiveness of current resources to achieve the highest ROI on the proposed programs. • Ensure control of the expenses as to be within the approved budget. INTERNAL AND CROSS-STREAM ALIGNEMENT • Ensure transparency and alignment of direct retail tactical plans with all involved streams • Provide detailed briefs for each activity, outlining objectives, KPIs and main messages prior approved by brand and legal teams Who we’re looking for • 3+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing (ideally in a CPG) with focus on designing retail programs and materials • University Degree and/or College Diploma in Marketing or relevant area of study • Experience in working with cross-functional teams will be considered an asset • Experience in the vaping industry or in any other highly regulated industry is a plus • Strong project management abilities, creativity, analytical skills, critical thinking • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to consolidate, analyze, interpret data and articulate insights • Understanding of basic retail principles What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
