We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Mexico who will contribute to the Data Analyst Leaders team PBO development plan through proper feedback and guidance from all members that provide support. Your ‘day to day’ Supervise plans and coordinates Factory Logistics Department at smaller factory in multi-sites markets that is responsible for all materials, Spare parts and Finished goods' Warehousing, internal logistics, and Tax Stickers, ensuring these activities are performed in control and according to applicable law and practices and in a most cost efficient way. Supervises, plans and coordinates the team of LSP Executives, ensure physical movements, informational and documentation flows for all materials, Spare parts, Finished goods's Warehousing and waste disposal (excluding internal logistics to manufacturing area) are performed in control and according to applicable law and practices and in a most cost efficient way." Role responsibilities: • STRATEGY & PLANNING Support Manager Factory Logistics at main factory in multi-sites markets to implement warehousing strategy at smaller factory. Plan and coordinate Factory Logistics activities and workload, ensuring all business objectives are met, like fulfilment of internal and external customer expectations as well as key performance measures achieved. • WAREHOUSING and INTERNAL LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT Organize, coordinate and control all warehousing activities for Leaf (incl. First Arrival Warehouse, if applicable), DIMs/Semis and FGs (PMIM, Domestic and TPM FG if applicable) in order to ensure effective and efficient achievement of business objectives and market requirements. Guarantee uninterrupted support in delivery of materials to manufacturing zone, as well as to ensure proper WH facilities utilization and development, supporting the long term production and shipment plans. Ensure a steady waste removal and disposal process, which performed and developed in a cost efficient manner and targeted to reach more friendly environmental process. • SERVICE PROVIDERS MANAGEMENT Coordinate the third party logistics service providers (LSP) to secure uninterrupted provision of world class customer service via OTIF orders fulfilment. Maximize external and internal warehouse capacity and resource utilization continuously improving inventory management quality and costs. Monitor & Control performance of external partners according to contractual terms and PMI standards. Organize regular KPIs reviews with LSP to monitor and ensure proper actions from the provider to meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Negotiate contracts which would ensure availability of suitable space for finished goods & materials storage as well as adaptability to ever – changing business requirements at optimal cost level. • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Identify productivity improvement opportunities based on internal analysis and proactive external benchmarking, set improvement targets for logistics service provider and internal teams and ensure implementation. Participate in new business developments to evaluate impact on existing logistics infrastructure (warehouses, product flows and systems). Ensure proper usage of available systems and resources to keep optimal balance between cost, quality, service, safety and security requirements. Deploy and sustain OPEN + methodology in Factory Logistics department. • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Supervise staff and develop a motivated, skilled and optimally resourced team to ensure that performance levels and professional development will achieve or exceed business objectives. Maximize organizational and individual performance in attainment of business objectives, supervise, coach, develop and motivate staff as a key to reaching excellence. Reinforce and adapt a process-oriented structure with continuous optimization of manpower and equipment" • BUDGETING & BUDGET CONTROL Prepare Factory Logistics budget for management approval in line with company budgeting cycles based on performance indicators, factory production volume forecast and Logistic Service Provider services' scope. Monitor financial and KPI performance and initiate corrective and/or improvement actions to deliver on or below financial targets. Where applicable, prepare Logistics and shipment TPM budget for management approval in line with company budgeting cycles based on performance indicators, TPM production volume forecast and logistics services' scope. • TAX STICKERS MANAGEMENT When applicable, ensure control of tax stickers movements, safe storage, inventories, reconciliation, returns to market and destructions in compliance with local regulations and PMI policies and procedures. • SUSTAINABILITY / COMPLIANCE Ensure that LSP and own department employees comply with and adhere to local safety measures, fire regulations, hygienic and property-security regulations, policies and procedures in order to increase and maintain health and safety awareness, establish healthy and safe environment for the employees and service provider(s) and prevent damage and loss of the company assets. Perform on a regular basis housekeeping and safety audits to validate storage conditions, sanitation and product integrity according to PMI warehousing guidelines. Propose and ensure implementation of corrective actions where necessary. Ensure work conditions in department in compliance with norms defined by local legislation. Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with Sustainability rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at work places, take appropriate measures for risks reduction. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation. Work in close cooperation with Sustainability department to develop and improve departmental safety and job procedures. As a business owner, ensure compliance to FG's Track&Trace procedure requirements within Factory Logistics scope of activities."
