Purpose: The Manager Marketing Contents Integration’s core purpose is to ensure that, from our consumers’ perspective, PMJ is delivering a consistent, relevant & optimized message, representing the brand and the company, across all communications, touchpoints and channels. This position must ensure all content, campaign, program and communication initiatives are the right message to the right audience at the right time with the right cadence and align with PMJ business priorities. Accountability: • Actively coordinate and facilitate the alignment across internal stakeholders for prioritization of campaigns/initiatives and communication messages • Ensure the sequencing of messaging and the content are consistent for the consumer across the consumer journey • Analyze to ensure that total PMJ activities (digital and non-digital) optimally reach customers in a powerful, consistent and efficient way. • Identify gaps or inefficient overlaps in communications & interactions with consumers and work with the appropriate marketing teams as well as other functions to resolve and optimize. • Engage in omnichannel planning and execution development to connect programs, campaigns and activities across all channels. • Manage and own the activity calendar and events for Marketing. Act as enabler to smooth planning for Head of Marketing and HoF-1 colleagues. • Oversee and manage the Integrated Commercial Plan management platform (Smartsheet) across PMJ, overseeing data collection and collation, updating and upgrading the CMP as necessary. • Consolidate & report on competition intelligence via agency partner dashboards as well as Marketing function KPI’s on monthly basis Experience/Education/Language: • 10-12 years’ experience in marketing and planning brand activities in consumer goods industries or in advertising, media or consulting firms servicing consumer goods businesses • Experience working in a matrix-style organization with multi brand portfolio management experience •Experience in managing omni channel execution across digital & face to face touchpoints and project management • A good understanding of Japan market complexities.
