You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ As a Process Engineer, you will ensure that processes and machinery standards are sustainable, correctly defined and properly documented. You will identify missing links in the process and address gaps through strong collaboration with various teams in the organization. Your responsibilities include: • Analyze and propose solutions for problems related to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You should be able to identify process improvement opportunities while supporting innovation projects and the development of concepts for product and process enhancements • Manage the technical and scientific knowledge to his or her assigned production area in order to consistently provide guidance to several teams under production and maintenance • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for a defined technology and will be the contact person of our global partners • Maintain controllable cost in line with budget and should be able to identify key components to drive the decrease of process waste or losses Who we’re looking for You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related courses). You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company (supervisory experience is a plus). You are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant.
