In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ • Work with the regional CoE on compensation and benefits projects to support markets' strategy and PMI’s smoke-free future vision • Conduct job evaluations according to PMI standards and practices • Identify, collect and submit salary survey data, as well as other related benchmarking exercises • Execute annual compensation cycles (merit, annual bonus, compensation planning) for employees in the region • Lead or collaborate with various regional or global Total Rewards projects (compensation, benefits, health & wellbeing, I+D, etc.) • Prepare and deliver trainings, advice and support all levels of stakeholders. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent • Proven experience working in compensation and benefits • Excellent spoken and Written level of English is a must • Portuguese is an asset • Advance knowledge in SAP, Excel • Experience working in matrix organizations • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills • Passionate about creating value for customers and employees alike • Flexibility, adaptability & proactivity in a fast-paced changing environment What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
