YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Manage Google Analytics framework and technical deployment for performance measurement, optimization, and strategy development from data insights, focusing on owned e-Commerce, including digital platforms (Microsites, Social Media, App) and other related capabilities (Paid Media, SEO, e-Retail) • Enhance site performance via A/B testing, performance optimization, UX/content changes, and functionality improvements via Analytics insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams • Manage tracking pixels through tag management platform for deployment of market campaigns including performance tracking • Collaborate with Global/Regional teams for audience segmentations in data management platforms to improve marketing activations across the consumer journey • Lead design, development, or deployment & activation of analytic solutions and business intelligence platforms such as GA360, Power BI and SessionCam • Collaborate with Consumer Insights Team to integrate market research data onto digital data analytics (sales, website data, paid media, CRM, campaign performance, omni-channel campaign performance) WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Minimum BA, preferably in information systems, computer science or related fields • Minimum 10 years of proven experience and understanding of Digital Performance Analytics and related fields • Advanced project management skills and successful deliveries of campaign orchestration, enabling business strategies and priorities by using digital analytics and marketing technologies • Experience in omnichannel reporting automation is a plus • Familiar in agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration on both agency and client sides • Attention to details, action-driven, result-oriented • Strong Excel skills • Proficient at querying data using SQL a plus • Fluent in both Korean/English WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
