Purpose: Primarily responsible for identifying, managing and commercializing new or non-traditional distribution channels for RRP products including Shop in Shop's and B to B network as a new channel. The scope covers Electric Appliance Stores, Home Centers, Grocery chains and/or any other non-traditional touchpoints which required high level of strategic thinking. Accountability: • Build business strategy for new channel development. (i.e Electric Store Chains ) Strategy includes price, cost/investment, ROI, volume forecast and logistic flow. Strategy should also include maintaining competitive advantage leveraging the strength of the IQOS brand as we move to introduce new platforms. • Build activation strategy for the new channel including traffic generation, promotional campaigns considering consumer journey in the area of responsibility. Obtain an alignment & approval by local management for the proposed plan. • Maximize the productivity and number of stores in the SIS network targeting 10% of total RRP volume. 90 locations in 2021 with a 10-15% relocation plan for the lowest performing locations. Collaborate with cross functional project teams including CPG, sales, finance, and marketing to facilitate store expansions. • Support team to manage existing SIS network by managing the 3rd party agencies in their respective areas of responsibility. T-Gaia, Dentsu Tec, Beacon and others as they become part of our network. • Account for all sales results vs. KPIs for each partner channel. The scope includes SoM, COT, IMS, Revenue, Investment, and sales profit. • Leverage global toolboxes and OC guidelines to improve operations while maintaining local market needs and regulations. Entrepreneurship to create new things from scratch (disruptive innovator) • 5+ years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management / Consumer Engagement (primarily on execution) / Project management / Negotiations for FMCG products. 1-3 years experience covering consumer electronics products • Logistics network and systems understanding
