Your ‘day to day’ As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Marketing Team in the development of brand strategies across the Nordic markets. Your role will include: Analysis & Portfolio Marketing • Analyze adult smokers’ needs, market dynamics and the brand equity for the Nordic markets • Closely monitor the competitive environment through regular market visits and reports' analysis. Portfolio Planning & Deployment • Support the portfolio team in preparation of Long-Range-Plans (LRP) to address business opportunities/ issues identified through analysis • Support the portfolio team in creating commercial plans to meet the brand annual targets in close alignment with all relevant departments, i.e. Sales, Operations, HQ functions, Legal Agency & Supplier Relationship • Build effective and efficient business partner relationships to achieve the brand objectives and to drive superior and innovative executions of the brand strategy both from a creative and executional point of view. • Provide constructive feedback, track agency performance and manage agency budgets Project and product management • Manage commercial or corporate projects that may or may not be directly linked to assigned portfolio or market. • Manage product lifecycle administration including NPL, price changes, and other maintenance of portfolio Who we’re looking for • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant degree • Minimum 2-3 years work experience within marketing, portfolio or agency side • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking coupled with ability to turn insights into creative proposals • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills • A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial- and cross functional teams • Fluency in spoken and written English What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
