Senior IT System Analyst IPM is looking to hire IS Analyst for understanding and supporting business needs and priorities including capturing business requirements and translation the same into technical requirements (new solutions / enhancements / improvements in existing live solutions) to meet business needs). Guide business to enhance their understanding, establish long-term needs and drive solutions/process improvements. This position requires substantial experience with business software/solutions and it requires patience with end users and relentless attention to detail and incremental improvement. This position is expected to understand and support business needs and priorities with IT systems/solutions and services. Your day to day: # Lead the deployment and localization of business related regional/global solutions and provide maintenance and support for local and global IT solutions. Guide business users to enhance their long term understanding, establish long term needs and drive solutions / process improvements. # Execute service and technology improvements; analyze service quality (using the organization service management principles and other methods as appropriate) and initiate improvement plans in order to improve service levels that meet the current and future needs of people. # Provide budget assumptions for all cost, resource and efforts relating to solutions (including local infrastructure), and account for the Actuals spent for IT function to affiliate and regional team; Monitor the IT Specs (Planned Vs Actuals) and report the same to ensure there are no deviations. # Promote the use of organization’s collaboration tools such as oneplace, sharepoint, Onedrive etc which are easy to deploy and can help business meet their requirements quickly. # With the guidance of the Affiliate IPG and Internal Controls, ensure the adherence of controls and measures on supported solutions. Who we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related experience. • Desired Experience in Project Management, Solution delivery, Business Process Mapping and Sharepoint. • 3-6 years of enterprise experience working in a corporate set up or service provider IT support environment.
