Who we’re looking for In this role you will own the deployment of Learning and Assessment Products across the Asia region. You will manage stakeholders in both markets and functions within the region as well as being a part of an extended member of the Manila Hub management team. You will be a key member of the Management team for Global Learning, Talent and Performance Services Your ‘day to day’ • Manage a team of Learning Specialists who execute ticketed work from marketers and functions. • Responsible for the quality of the execution from an Employee Experience point of view as well as meeting the response time requirements. • As the leader of the team you will monitor the data of both EX and agreed KPI's to ensure we are meeting our performance goals whilst implementing a continuous improvement mind-set • You will work on business cases to transition work from other service centres. • You will manage a team of customer facing Learning advisors, under your guidance they will be responsible to manage the relationships with the markets. • Understanding the markets’ needs, giving guidance and updates on P&C product portfolio and building a forward looking calendar of activities. You will also manage the relationship with the regional CoE Director for Asia and co-ordinate and execute the activities that are part of the People Strategy for Asia. What you need to have • College/University • 5+ years in the Learning operations space of a multi-national organization.
