RRP Portfolio Strategy & Marketing Services Supervisor Will lead RRP Product Strategy & Development pillar, with full responsibility for Portfolio initiatives: Leads the planning and submission process of Egypt & Levant OB/LRP portfolio initiatives, portfolio short term brand building, maintenance and global optimization initiatives ensuring alignment with overall Business. Manages the process through cooperation with MEA region internal key stakeholders and PMI stakeholders in coordination with Operations and PD Cluster to ensure portfolio commercial initiatives are in line with OB milestones or regulatory schedule mandates, Besides Marketing Services scope; managing Marketing DME for both RRPs and CC, Assesses P&P training needs for marketing team and provides trainings content. This position will collaborate closely with, Regional Marketing, PD cluster, Operations, Finance, Duty Free, communication, and other functions to execute existing and develop new cluster initiatives, to meet and exceed the needs of the consumers. Responsibilities: • Portfolio: Lead RRP Product Strategy & Development pillar, with full responsibility for the commercialization of our Products, including both planning & communication development. • Portfolio: Leads and manages Local Product Committee approvals designing and putting local process in place and ensuring MSF statuses are in the right status and in line with PMI requirements. • Portfolio: Proactively challenge current actions/ initiatives and propose new approaches to commercial issues, based on internal/ external benchmark and trends, as well as anticipate legal changes and assess respective impacts, in order to develop innovative and efficient solutions. • Portfolio: Align and Liaise product & Communication strategy with cluster Duty Free as seeding channel for domestic markets. • Portfolio: Establish challenging growth objectives per segment and per brand and ensure that these goals are supported by appropriate resources and programs (promotions, media plans, events and other consumer touchpoints) in order to support short and long term brand profitability & reach objectives. • Portfolio: Regularly evaluate and interpret sales, market, consumer and competitor data to monitor consumer preferences and tastes and to identify the brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. • Portfolio: Supervise the tracking, evaluation and reporting on competitive performance & maintain complete and up-to-date marketing records, statistics and materials for presentations to provide analytical tools for marketing and management studies. • Marketing Budget: Lead and support in preparation of marketing department budget and monthly tracking/ Ensure accurate control and processing of the budget to provide Management with the information and support needed to take decisions on budget. • Marketing Budget: Ensure correct attribution of commitment and spent within allocated expense codes and regular update of the actual spent. Analyze and control the marketing activities spent in order to achieve maximum return on direct marketing expenditure. • Marketing Compliance. Acts as marketing compliance delegate and gate keeper of marketing director providing annual training for Cluster based Marketing team while supporting cluster affiliates in proper material usage and system inputs and documentation. • Lead on marketing compliance, to identify the need to create new P&P / update existing P&P, perform these actions in collaboration with Internal Controls. • Marketing Compliance: Managing BMR process on flowingly by providing/ensuring trainings & access to Egypt & Levant Cluster stakeholders based on the defined need. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: • B.A./ University degree in Business/ Economics/ Marketing; MBA/ Post graduation as an advantage. • 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing; FMCG experience (preferred); Multinational companies experience (preferred) Skills: Proactivity and agility, Entrepreneurial spirit, Decision making, Project management, Analytical and numeric ability
