Because of the dynamic of this new reality, our commercial department in Denmark are now looking for a Field Sales Supervisor to progress our sales strategy. Responsible for the East region, this role will lead and coach a sales team of 8 in the field. Your “day to day” • Planning, executing and managing sales initiatives in the market • Lead sales team and develop their consumer centric skill sets, with ultimate responsibility of sales targets and lead generation • Conduct analysis of the market and assist with strategic decision making • Work cross functionally on initiatives, particularly work with the marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement across different channels • Generating new leads and developing existing customers • Travel as required (circa 50%) across the Zealand region Who we’re looking for • Demonstrable experience within the commercial area of FMCG • Minimum 5 years’ experience within field sales, marketing and business development experience is preferred • Experience developing and leading a team • Strategic foresight and experience in mapping and coordinating different consumer facing activities across channels • Action & details oriented; strong analytical, collaboration and problem solving skills • Consumer centric with an equally operational and strategic mindset • Concise communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude • Fluent Danish and English • Hold a valid driver’s license What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
