Your ‘day to day’ Philip Morris Lietuva is seeking talented people to join our team in Factory Logistics Department in Klaipeda. Being Factory Logistics Service Provider Executive you will be responsible for: - ensuring efficient & compliant LSP contract management process by monitoring respective KPIs; - ensuring flow of assigned goods commodity (Finished Goods, Leaf or Direct In Materials, etc.) through the factory, ensuring efficient flow in terms of time, cost and quality; - communicating between factory, Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and central functions like Logistics Control Tower (LCT); - proposing & leading improvements in order to increase overall supply chain efficiency and thereby reaching the optimal costs, providing input to Factory Logistics budgeting activities. Who we’re looking for - a fast learner with University/College degree in Business administration, Economics, Logistics or equivalent; - an enthusiastic professional with at least 1 year experience preferably in Operations, Logistics or Warehousing of FMCG; - a teamwork player able to fluently communicate in Lithuanian & English; - an analytical personality having a high level of expertise in Excel, Word & Power Point; - a proactive leader able to independently drive projects & constantly propose solutions for improvement.
