We are looking for Culture Development Executives based in Jakarta, to support the development and implementation of Culture Building strategy aligned with company strategy & global direction of Culture & Behaviors to support organization's business objectives. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Assist Manager culture development to Develop strategy on how to deploy the implementation of Culture Building programs/initiatives in organization • Support to monitor external benchmarks, best practices and trends. • Support in rolling-out of Culture Building initiatives by engaging and collaborating with functions, relevant stakeholders and communities in organization • Support the Design and implementation of Culture & Mindset capability building through customized learnings, informal education and effective solutions to support the culture building strategy in organization. • Support in identifying and developing change management and communication initiatives; and contribute to play as a change agent role. • Tracking the budget for the Department, ensure the effectiveness use of it in order to deliver relevant and prioritized activities within the budget • Ensure all P&C plans and activities meet all local external legal requirements, PMI principles, practices, budgetary, reporting, compliance and controls requirements WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5-7 years of working experience preferably in areas linked to Organization culture, Transformation and/or Learning & Development • Experience in change management, and/or project management • Experience in communication activities • Experience in generating insights from data • Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
