Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed by Philip Morris Asia Limited, PMI affiliate in Hong Kong which also serves as our regional headquarters. The Asia East Cluster comprises of China, Hong Kong Sar and Macau SAR and Singapore. Work closely with the Hiring Managers, P&C Business Partners, P&C Operations team as well as internal and external recruitment partners on recruitment needs. This includes defining the job description and requirements of each position, sourcing, assessment and making the offer to the selected candidate. Manage the on-boarding and integration of new employees into the organisation. Lead and manage key talent acquisition projects to build employer branding and position PMI as an employer of choice e.g. Top Employers certification, Equal Salary certification Manage talent and performance management process through all its phases, including talent reviews and performance calibration meetings. Support the establishment of succession and employee development plans to build a strong talent pipeline, monitor the implementation of agreed action plans and provide analysis of organization health to facilitate decision making. Identify organizational development needs and work closely with key stakeholders to implement development programs for employees. Oversee continuous learning and development needs of employees to meet business needs and drive performance. Monitor effectiveness of learning interventions and introduce additional measures when needed. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in HR, with knowledge and hands-on experience in talent management, acquisition and development. • Experience in project based organization / way of working highly preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work effectively across all levels • High learning agility and experience in working in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate high level of autonomy and could manage multiple priorities independently • Strong project management skills • Working knowledge of local employment law / regulations What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
