The Trade Intelligence Group is looking for detail-oriented, data driven and consumer centric candidates to join its Insights and Reporting Team. As a Sales Analyst (Campaign & Pivots), you will collaborate with multiple teams across the Sales and Marketing organization to share your driven insights and assessment of the factors impacting the company’s performance which will be vital aspect on management decision-making both strategic short-term and long-term. You will carefully analyze the data from the initiatives and campaigns of the company’s different brands and portfolio that feed the way we do business and programs for Trade and our customers. Your day to day - Collaborate with Sales, Trade Deployment, and Marketing teams to support the ideation and planning of total program mechanics of National Campaigns, Fast forward programs and initiatives by providing data requirements and computation of KPIs in line with the objectives - Collect, monitor and analyze overall campaign results and provide analysis, recommendations and actionable information to help achieve commercial KPIs - Build and manage operational and actionable reports and dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI to communicate and monitor performance to Sales Management. - Support the Supervisor with relevant information about customer trends based on available data. Merge research data and report key conclusions and findings from each brand and consumer segment in order to focus and optimize marketing/sales activities. Deploy and run standard market and brand reporting and analysis.
