Your role as a Continuous Improvement Analyst will help us build an even better experience for our consumers. Your 'Day to Day' You will be the main point of contact for reporting and data requirements for the Customer Service Centre. Monitoring and ensuring data quality is maintained will be integral to performing your reporting tasks. You will work within a team predominantly project based and will need to support these projects in crafting business cases, process mining, modelling and analyse how to develop and drive the best consumer experience. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify opportunities and work closely with the Improvement Manager to develop these opportunities into new processes. You will need to communicate the functions of KPI's to the wider business on a regular and adhoc basis, whilst having a deep understanding of the process and drivers behind the metrics is required to communicate accurately to stakeholders. Your Responsibilities • Support data driven decision making through the creation of comprehensive business cases • Manage data requirements across multiple Customer Service projects, advising projects in development phase on data sources and monitor the performance of implementation • Identify improvement opportunities through daily reporting activities • Report on KPI's for both Customer Service Centre & Try Before You Buy (TBYB) Functions • Develop reporting dashboards for existing data source and monitor the quality of multiple data sources, whilst working closely with IT on issue resolution • You will be a reference point and will need to engage numerous stakeholders on both internal, external and cross-functionally. Clear, accurate and timeous communication is essential as well as building strong relationships and influencing others in order to achieve your goals • Ensure full compliance to all PML Policies and Procedures and the Guidebook to Success. Who we’re looking for Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a passion for data! You must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an excellent eye for detail and improvement opportunities. • We are open on industry background but FMCG is desirable. • Consumer focus is key - so ideally you must have some experience working with customer data • Ideally data flow and visual stream mapping experience • Worked in a project based way & building business cases What we offer We have the resources and the people power to succeed.
