Manager Business Intelligence You will be part of the Commercial team of “Philip Morris Jordan”. As a Manager Business Intelligence , you will support the commercial team in providing the consumer insights and data analysis in order to improve data driven decisions and empower consumer voice. Close alignment with the IT team to manage proper automated dashboard across all systems. More specifically you will: - Be responsible for exploring exciting data science, use cases and bringing them all the way to commercialize the products - Work in close collaboration with internal business partners to answer their hungry needs of data driven decisions - Interact closely with our consumer journey lead, commercial planning, Retail, Omni-channel and business development & planning - Collect & Analyze data from both B2C & B2B platforms available. - Combine and comprehend this data in one single platform and transform them to useful data, provide dashboards and reports for commercial team and management. - Equip top management with consumer-centric tools to drive strategic decisions - Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: - Science Driven Education : Business , Marketing , MIS ,CS, CIS and Computer Science - Experience from 5-7 years in data insights and analysis and CRM Systems preferred to be in Retail ,Telecom , Banking, Financial Technologies, Digital and/or Business consultancies agencies such as (Ernest and young or KPMG, Mackenzie) industries. - Sound track record of putting data science to work in domains such as FMCG, Finance & Banking, Telecommunication and Transportation - Know how to create stunning visualizations of data insights and how to deliver exciting presentations to non-tech savvy audience. - Comfortable processing data of various sources and building strong data pipelines - Experienced with commonly used Big Data technology stack such as Hadoop Data Platform and Power BI - Experience working in multidisciplinary and agile teams and ideally are SCRUM certified - Salesforce and Sprinklr Knowledge are a plus, preferred to have Salesforce admin Certification or higher certificates from salesforce. - Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office; - Critical Thinking and solid data/ number understanding - Language Skills: English (fluent) and Arabic - Ability to work under targets and with deadline; - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong cross-functional interaction FIND A NEW PATH Our organization offers you a fresh perspective.
