We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience (EX), Benefits & expert with extensive knowledge of EX, Benefits, Pension, Disability Management. You’ll be managing a team and vendors to support the portfolio design and lead the local development of P&C products in the areas of pension, benefits including wellness initiatives, disability management and play a key role in supporting the strategy, policy management and governance of the programs; Champion the adoption of an employee centric mindset in the organization by transforming data into actionable insights; be updated on market practice to ensure we are always leading the way in relation to flexible benefits and employee experience. Your ‘day to day’ • Manage a team of specialists to optimize strengths and promote growth and development while ensuring appropriate cross-training. • Leverage global technology and hubs to optimize the delivery of products and services • Manage and monitor the ongoing maintenance, compliance, governance of the Pension, Benefit well-being and disability programs to ensure that they are meaningful, cost effective, flexible and aligned with PMI standards. • Champion Employee Experience in P&C by using employee listening methodologies to understand employee's needs and drivers. • Coordinate the annual renewals and open enrolment activities including leadership engagement and employee communication. Prepare analysis, cost projections, recommendations and executive level reports to support program design based on data gathering, expertise and market and employee insights. • Lead projects and have a balanced focus on strategy and hands on approach to driving the execution of initiatives primarily focussed on the design, execution and all aspects of project management (communication, change management, risk planning, etc) of a variety of P&C initiatives. Who we’re looking for? • You are legally authorized to work in Canada and have a bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or any other related field; • 5+ years of overall experience in Pension/Benefits/Well-Being &Employee Experience • Project management skills; experience with data analytics and employee listening tools; employee communication, HR Strategy • Strong people management and coaching skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills (strong influencing skills) • Vendor management skills; Relationship management across all levels of organization • Excellent PC skills: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint What are nice to have • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)/ Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) will be considered an asset; • Bilingual (English & French) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
