For our manufacturing plant in Bergen op Zoom we are looking for a hands-on, people focused and energetic: HR Business Partner (People & Culture) - Fulltime You work closely with our business and management team in deploying People & Culture services. Reporting to the Manager People & Culture - Operations, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach for our employees and leadership through closely partnering with the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Represent P&C as a highly valued Business Partner for Operations, management and all other key stakeholders, to provide support, insights and to partner with the business and our employees to coordinate and support people solutions that drive business results; • Provide robust day-to-day support on the entire P&C lifecycle and partner with supervisors and managers on development, absenteeism, illness etc.; • Effectively manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in compliance with PMI global guidelines and legal requirements, enabling us to source, attract and select the best candidates in a cost-efficient and timely manner; • Support and leverage global and local P&C initiatives by implementing and coordinating programs focused on employee engagement, organizational culture and diversity; • Work closely with the business to provide expertise and support to the delivery of key local and global projects, initiatives and annual processes: leadership development, compensation, performance review, talent review, sustainable employability; • Support internal & external audits properly and ensure P&C activities meet the internal & external audit requirements; • Prepare and analyze data for projects, reports and statistics. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: • Minimum a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; • You have 5-8-years of experience in HR positions with broad and increased responsibility in an international Operations environment; • You understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, life cycle & processes, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, basic knowledge of labor law etc.; • You demonstrate business acumen, the ability to see the ‘’bigger picture’’ and a hands-on mentality to deploy new initiatives; • You are known for excellent communication and relationship building capabilities; • It is required to be fluent in both Dutch and English.
