Your day-to-day will includes Manage the sales and distribution operation in the South Region in an autonomous but responsible manner, consistent with our standard policies and principles. Set regional objectives and KPIs based on PML's strategies in order to meet our business goals. Provide clear and timely directions to your team in order to maximize sales, market shares of PML portfolio. Own the regional P&L, consistently look for profitability and effectiveness opportunities to improve the region bottom-line. Develop professional expertise among your team with a high level of employee's motivation and commitment to business objectives. Who are we looking for? Regional Sales Manager reports to Head of Sales. Main responsibilities are: Business Management •Possess high level of the market landscape understanding - retailers, channels, sectors, ability to foresee future trends among consumers and build structured business plans accordingly. •Design and execute long and short-term commercial plans, evaluate results and act decisively to achieve the region objectives and KPIs •Set targets for growing sales and market shares of PMI brand and regularly monitor the business development in the region •Develop and maintain optimal universe coverage, superb operational and sales fundamentals KPIs to maximize the efficiency & effectiveness of the region. •Implement innovative route to market methods and tools leveraging our digital assets. •Be accountable for the region P&L, budget setting and control while consistently look for the bottom-line improvement •Ensure that the region fully adhere to the internal procedures and policies related to financial, safety & security, operations and any other internal guidelines. People management: •Demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to engage & energize teams, recognizing employees for achievements and successes, nurture team spirit and retain high motivation level among the team. •Demonstrating resilience, discipline, passion for self-development with openness and ability to think differently. •Promote an entrepreneurial, winning, accountability and ownership culture •Equip and develop the team with the required knowledge, skills and competences for carrying out the job. Personal capabilities: •Strategical thinking •Thinks and act decisively •Action and Result Oriented •Priority Setting •Customer Focus •Comfort Around Higher Management •Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills with superior human relations   Requirements: •BA/B.Sc. – Must •Solid experience of Sales and/or Commercial positions in multinational or credible local company (7+ years) •Minimum 5 years in managerial position (team management) •Experience from consumer goods / FMCG products companies - a significant advantage •Strong knowledge and expertise of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must •Knowledge of BI systems (SAP, Tableau, - Advantage •Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write and present – Must •Valid work permit in Israel Please submit your CV only in English
