It is a global, cross functional organization within PMI. At IBS, we work with our internal customers in the central functions, regions and markets, and design highly digitalized global process led solutions. The objective is to improve the experience of our internal customers through these solutions and enabling them to deliver their strategies for PMI – thereby accelerating the overall PMI transformation. Your ‘day to day’ The Customer Experience Project Leader you will be contributing to build up a customer centric organization for IBS and contribute into our digital strategy. Being a key contributor on the overall IBS vision of CX, being part of challenging projects and initiatives with the rest of CX team members responsible from the different programs such as VoC, FFWD SQUADS, CX Capability Building and Digital interface. You will be combining execution with capability building roles. You will be part of projects execution team, as well as responsible to facilitate workshops and trainings based on the new ways of working (Agile, Design thinking and FFWD), and/or acting as a catalyst to accelerate teams deliverables, following in sprint dynamic. You will be part of a global team, supporting CX in all IBS locations. Who we’re looking for • Project leadership experience with consumer centric mindset & experience with design thinking tools (FFWD and LEAN experience, will be a strong advantage) • ecosystem experience desirable • Experience in creating or supporting learning programs, trainings or other development solutions • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders; • Passion and desire to generate engagement for IBS vision, CX and New ways of working; • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global x-located and x-cultural team • Ability to work autonomously where necessary • CX/UX experience and background • Advanced knowledge of Agile Framework, FFWD framework, Business model Canvas, Problem solving methodologies and LEAN • Desired expertise in applying delivery methodologies such as SCRUM • Proven facilitation and presentation skills • Fluent English speaker with very good communication, influencing & facilitation skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
