You will be the P&C (HR) Business Partner for IBS (Integrated Business Services) leadership in the Philippines to work with their respective teams and the Head of P&C IBS in Europe towards developing talent strategies, deploy key P&C products and services. You will be providing consulting and change management expertise to build value, capability and competitive advantage through people ensuring that business objectives and transformation plans are met, while effectively managing Employee and Labor Relations. Your ‘day to day’ 1. CONTRIBUTION TO STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION • Contribute towards the development of appropriate P&C Strategies based on the business requirements from IBS functions. Translate and align all people and organizational aspects of the overall business strategy to functional P&C plans • Provide input to the Workforce Plan which outlines staffing forecasts broken down by specific job groups and captures the IBS Management’s resource requirements for the business focusing also on a mid to long term perspective, and develops the plans to meet these requirements, leveraging on the relevant P&C teams to achieve objectives • Act as Change Enabler, by providing pro-active support to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programs and provides coaching support to IBS Management regarding change management principles and leadership during periods of significant business transformation • Support IBS Management in the analysis and implementation of an extended location strategy for IBS in Asia (e.g. India) 2. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT • Advise and support IBS management in bringing employee insights (collected via employee listening activities) into actions which will be conducive to an increased level of employee engagement for the site 3. GLOBAL PROCESSES • Facilitate IBS Talent & Performance Management process and support IBS Management Teams to ensure that the decisions taken to support organizational sustainability and talent development are in line with the company principles • Ensure deployment of all key P&C Products and Services and adapt and align the available service portfolio to local requirements and business needs and coordinates the solution delivery 4. LOCAL P&C POLICIES • Owner of P&C policies for the IBS legal entity in the Philippines, ensuring alignment when needed and possible with other legal entities in this geography while ensuring overall compliance and exception analysis 5. EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS • Ensure productive employee/labor relations to meet company goals on short-mid and long term and contributes to the Labor & Employee Relations strategy. Support line managers in handling conflicts or difficult Employee Relations situations. 6. INCLUSION & DIVERSITY • Inclusion and Diversity champion, enabling IBS to advance in the attraction, engagement, development and retention of a diverse workforce What you need to accomplish • Build strong partnership relationships with IBS members and their respective leadership teams in a matrix organization, including alignment policy along with other existing legal entities in the Philippines. • Support the rapid expansion of the IBS entity in line with OB targets. • Owning and resolving people escalated issues ensuring well-functioning IBS Operating Model • Together with the Talent Acquisition team, contribute to the development of talent sourcing channels and employer branding activities that are suitable for IBS workforce. What you need to have • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • 6-8 years relevant work experience as an HR business partner in a matrixed organization, ideally in a mature Global Business Services environment (including exposure to Finance, IT and Human Resources functions) • Good understanding of HR fields such as Total Rewards, Capability Development, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding from a generalist perspective • Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English, any additional languages a plus • Possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis, & coaching skills Work Location and Schedule The Finance Center, BGC, Taguig City Generally Mondays to Fridays
