The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for developing innovative & compelling digital solutions that will optimize the user experience along the digital/phygital ecosystem. You will work in synergy with various departments and functions inside and outside Digital with the goal to drive omnichannel digital acceleration. He/she will drive and enhance existing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) solutions, developing digital innovations across the omnichannel ecosystem and bringing them to life on the basis of identified opportunities prioritized in collaboration with the concerned functions and departments. Your ‘day to day’ • Lead development and evolution of Artificial Intelligence, deep/machine learning models, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), to accelerate digitalisation within digital/phygital ecosystem, while ensuring frictionless user experiences. • Design and manage AI-assisted conversational marketing tools (chatbots,) for both B2C and B2B channels, in full synergy with CRM, Consumer Experience, Customer Care and online & offline sales channels, supporting Liquid Work Force progressive scale-up, while ensuring improved trade-off between cost effectiveness/ROI and quality of the user experience. • Responsible for detecting and analysing digital flaws within the digital ecosystem, with the aim to identify optimization opportunities and bringing them to life in collaboration with other digital streams and involved departments. Who we’re looking for: • Graduation in Economics, Marketing or related areas to Digital Field. • At least 5 years work experience, preferably in Telco/FMCG industries • Experienced in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning models, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) & always updated on latest trends • Fact based and ROI driven approach • Solid project management skills (Test - Learn - Implement approach) • Agency and budget management skills • Consumer and Customer orientation • Understanding and work experience in interactions between Digital and IT environments • Interpersonal and presentation skills • Team player with a proactive and positive approach • Fluency in Italian and English (written and oral) • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details. • Experience in People Management What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
